Hush (2005-08) by contemporary painter and award-winning artist Zoran Poposki is a series of post-digital prints exploring the hidden interconnections between the visual and the written word. Or more specifically, how pictures and narratives are intertwined in the attempt to tell our personal histories, but at the same time they subvert each other, their union sometimes producing unexpected (even ironic) results.
Selected artworks from the series exhibited at: National Gallery of Macedonia in Skopje, City Museum in Skopje, Il Ramo d'Oro in Naples in Italy, Gallery 24 in Paris and Gallery 24 in Berlin, and Alpan Gallery in Huntington NY, USA.
